The Epic Treasure Hunt

On the 28th of August the whole school got to do a treasure hunt.  The principal was hiding fifteen prizes and we had to find numbers on the prize. I found the number seven and they were shaped into gumboots.  We could win headphones, a ball, money which was five dollars, lollies, ice creams and Eskimo pies and we ran around like crazy.  The hard thing was that we had to run with the year sixes, year sevens and year eights.  We were fundraising money for the charity I Am Hope we raised about four hundred dollars.

I like your blog post about the treasure hunt because it had a lot of information about what was happening in the treasure hunt. I also participated in the treasure hunt to fundraise for I am hope I really enjoyed it. What did you get for finding number seven?

  2. Hi Alexander it's Isaiah I am a year 8 student from Te Ngahere. This is a really good post because it had photos about the topic and writing to go with it. I remember this day I was lucky enough to find one of the prizes I was so surprised that Stilly got three prizes.

Did you have fun that day?
